I believe kindness can change the world.

I created a community event called The Kindness Rally that gathers teams in different cities and asks them to complete as many acts of kindness as they can. The team with the most kindness challenges completed, wins.

This event started in one Michigan community with paper lists and sharing on Facebook. Now the event is run with an app to keep track of the competition and has spread from Hawaii to Australia!

We’ve completed over 27,000 acts of kindness since 2016.

Winning a TOYA award

In 2020, I was named a recipient of the Ten Outstanding Young Americans award for the community impact of The Kindness Rally. Fun fact: Past recipients of this award include Elvis Presley and John F. Kennedy!

Placing in a pitch competition

In 2022, I was awarded 3rd place in the TechTown Start Studio Pitch competition for my Kindness at Work concept to build upon The Kindness Rally which included extensive research and over 70 customer interviews.
